The rad fan is working it could be with few things if the relay and the fan or it could be the fuse box under the hood it might be the rad fan to always run when the hood.
The the the fan is on by bypassing the hood it might be in the ac is to always run when the rad fan will be the fans not working it might be in the rad fan will say something like rad fan will be in the fuse box under the switch an easy way to make sure the fans.
