what does the indicator light mean on the dashboard of a Ford Mustang that has a small fan in it?

My 1998 Ford Mustang has a signal light on the dashboard panel that turns on every morning for about a minute then goes away. This recently started and I can’t find anywhere what it means. It’s a little box with a small fan in it. What does this mean and how do I take care of it?
