it looks like a go maybe! but why not normal americans are getting tired of buying cars that get good gas mileage, that engine probably will get 12 miles to the gallon and people will buy it so ford will probably build it and then people will complain and complain about how much gas is.
and thats a under statement,
i think ford should work alittle bit harder on making cars last and giving the american people decent running cars like in the old days instead of trying to build the biggest engines theres only so fast you can go on the highway the rest is a waste, i my self would rather buy a sedan and get triple the gas mileage instead of buying the hype
but that the way i feel

i’m not going to call myself an expert, but i try to keep up with what goes on with cars. and i havent heard anything about a V10 mustang, or not from ford anyway. all of your links show the old mustang and i wouldnt doubt at all that someone somewhere has done an engine swap on one. and its possible that some aftermarket company plans on building them for production.
if you want a fast mustang though might i recomend the new shelby super snake. if your willing to void the cars warranty, and pay $75000+ you can get one with 725hp.

Still no word as far as I know from the skunk works…
It could be put under the Shelby GT 500 as a performer for everyone else.. but I think fuel economy might kill this puppy (that and they still are doing a break and try racing routine.. something you can’t sell to the public.. the car would have to be bullietproof almost first.)
Cafe will kill it unless they can get the number up.. if it does show up, forget the custom set up with 2 PCMs etc… ain’t gonna happen , but I figure you’d be looking at a definite drive by wire set up now…
a possible.. I think they “invited” the magazine to get the public to talk about it to actually gauge reaction on if this is feasable…
