How to flush the transmission on a 2004 Ford Mustang?

I have a 2004 Ford Mustang, 3.8L V6, 5 speed manual. I need to flush the transmission, and the shop wants a lot of money to do it. does anyone know of a site that has step by step instructions on how to do this?

      You really can’t do it yourself. Way too messy. Take it to Pep Boys.
