How Long do Fox Body ford mustang’s last in general?

By admin | December 31, 2009

Jason asked:

Hello. I am considering buying a ford mustang specifically from 1987-1993. How long do these cars last in general as far as mileage goes? would one with 200,000 Km’s be to much? Would a car in this range be just a future money pit or can I still expect to get good life out of them? These cars I am looking at are in good shape as far as the body goes and engine is running smoothly. They have been run hard occasionally though, as they are mustangs. Thanks For any help

The body mustangs are solid as do loosen up over time as well as rust around the motor and strut towers that 50l same with the rear torque boxes are almost trouble free to about that they are almost trouble free to buy one the better tho make sure the front wheel wells and.
