The hole as you can while turning the key fully counter clockwise and pull the lock youll find small hole as follows.
The hole using paper clip or similar item push it these procedures are really invaluable when working on these vehicles.

While these are both good ideas and to add to them, the ring around cylinder is threaded/removable. Lightly tapping the ring with a screw driver in a counter-clockwise motion will remove it. BE CAREFUL, I have slipped the screwdriver and gouged the crap out of my dash.
