How can you tell a real Shelby Cobra from a replica?

There are way more replicas out there than the real thing, and some of them are really good. What are some sure ways to tell if it’s real or not?
Hmm, maybe I should clarify what I mean a little. I don’t mean like trying to buy one and being sure it’s real, but like seeing one at a car show and finding visible differences.
