Your best to see an experienced technician because you will have to start by disabling the airbag system.

Go to auto zone, rent a steering wheel puller (there is a deposit (like 35 dollars) and when you return it you get it back. Take your battery off (ground first, then positive) Then your gonna want to kinda lay in the drivers side floor and you’ll see screws on the inside of the steering wheel, take them out and the cover should pop off with little to no force, Now, this is were you need to be care full, with the airbag…disconnect the wires very carefully, DO NOT FORGET, mark where the stock wheel was and make sure the tires are straight, then after you remove the air bag box, connect the steering wheel puller, tighten the bolt on the puller and it should pop right off. Be carefull.
