One of the top performers for years both to the young and the old alike. If kept in good condition and taken care of.You will have many memories in the years to come.Enough power in the V6 to get you going and small enough to get some great mieage per gallon with such a nice vehicle.Dependant on the year and fuel systems mileage may be different.
I had a 2006 V6.. It was nice, but.. Not as fast as I wanted it to be.. It’s definitely worth the money though.. It’s really pretty decent for the price..
Personally, I’d go for a GT.. That’s just cuz I have the need for speed!!
P.S. HAVE ANY OF THOSE MUSTANG HATERS ACTUALLY EVER OWNED ONE???????
V6 mustangs are slow, handle like crap (like all mustangs have historically), get bad gas milage for how slow they are, arent terribly reliable, have a pretty hideous interior, and are really, REALLY overrated. Basically eveyr mustang ever has gotten a VERY mediocre rating in every magazine. Ive YET to see one with a 5 star rating EVER, including the GT500.
seriously, there are tons of better cars for the cash.
Get a Mustang. I have a 2006 (V6) with the Pony Package, the Mustang it is awesome, and it is so much fun to drive. It’s fast, loud, and above all sporty. I have had complete strangers come up to me and tell me how much they admire my car. For example one time I was driving with the windows down, and a guy driving next to me rolled his window down and screamed “Hey that’s classy! I love it!” It was great. Whenever I drive around people are always staring at my car. Kids that see it go crazy. I also met a lot of very nice Mustang owners just like myself. Sometimes I don’t have any place to go, and I think of a reason to go out so I can drive my car. Get the Mustang. You will not regret it! I love mine and I am NEVER going to get rid of it! My Mustang gets about 18 MPG on average if you are wondering. Don’t hesitate. Buy it! It’s not as slow as everyone says, and it is certainly not a piece of junk! Hope this helps.
pros:
runs great after being in 2 accidents with 82,000 miles
never had any problems with it
comfortable
cons:
not that good gas mileage for bein v6
thats the only con i have. if you are a guy you might get hated on though if you own a v6 but who cares. i am a girl though and i love my v6. its really reliable.
I have a 2007 v6 with the Pony Package. I love it! Black with black leather interior, pony wheels, fog lights and a premium sound system. Handles good, not as fast as I would like (I should have got the GT). Gas mileage isnt that bad actually, I commute 30 miles each way to work and back, a full tank lasts about 5 days. I get tons of compliments on it. Now if I could just get the windows tinted…
I have a 2003 (V6) Stang convertible. Having a conv. is the best. I don’t know how many times I had guys look at me. It is great when the weather hits above 70 degrees. I drive my car every where. Of course I am putting a lot of miles on it, but who cares.
hey i have a 2000 ford mustang V6 with magnaflow cat-back, k&n cold air intake and a power chip. nice cars to drive, but if ur looking for a car u can have fun with and modify and get poor gas mileage, then get a V8 stang, but if u want a car wit decent gas mileage, insurance rates are low, still fun to drive, and more of every day groccery getter, then get a V6.
good luck mustang buddy!!

That all depends on the year of the car and the condition of the car. I prefer a mustang that has power so I always have had V8 5 speed mustangs.
