The ‘93 model used a 302…I think the 4.6 DOHC came out in the Cobra in ‘95…but I’m not positive.

To answer your original question, the Cobra is NOT the only Mustang that came with the DOHC 4.6. The 2003-2004 Mach 1’s also had the DOHC 4.6.
You specifically stated 93-02, so that may be out of your specified range, but I figured it would be important to note.
Also, the Mustang Cobra first saw the DOHC 4.6 for model year 1996.
1993 Cobra = OHV 5.0
1994 Cobra = OHV 5.0
1995 Cobra = OHV 5.0
1996 Cobra = DOHC 4.6
1997 Cobra = DOHC 4.6
1998 Cobra = DOHC 4.6
1999 Cobra = DOHC 4.6
2000 Cobra R = DOHC 5.4
2001 Cobra = DOHC 4.6
2003 Cobra = DOHC 4.6 (Supercharged)
2004 Cobra = DOHC 4.6 (Supercharged)
2003 Mach 1 = DOHC 4.6
2004 Mach 1 = DOHC 4.6
