@warioman3434 Ford still gets profit from Volvo, Jaguar, and Land Rover. They sold it because they had a little more dignity than to crawl to Obama. They’re still a branch from Ford. Ford just doesn’t get as much profit and doesn’t directly own either companies any more. It’s called playing it smart, if you actually look, Fords profit increased after they sold Volvo, Jaguar and Land Rover. They didn’t have to buy the materials to make the vehicles, but still got a positive profit.
