1966 Shelby SuperSnake?

Does anyone know if the 1966 Shelby Cobra Supersnake 427 built by Carrol Shelby was stock….as in off the ford production line.
i know they only made 2 of these, but i was wondering if they were “stock”?

      there was also a 67 Mustang Supersnake, powered by a 427 side oiler. they were all built at SHelby’s plant to his specifications
